Tiramisu Done Easy:

When I go in to the kitchen, my goal is to get out. This Tiramisu is truly done easy. Zero leftovers are guaranteed!

Step A:
2 lbs. store bought sponge cake
1 cup strong coffee
Whiskey or coffee liquor, to taste

Prepare the coffee, and add whiskey or coffee liquor

Step B:
4 cartons or dairy-free whipping cream
1-2 packets OSEM vanilla pudding, use 2 if you want a stronger vanilla flavor and thicker cream
Chocolate of your choice such as chocolate chips or Viennese crunch, crushed.

Whip cream with vanilla pudding until thick.

Step C:
Slice the sponge cake in a Trifle Dish, douse with coffee, add cream.
REPEAT.

Top with chocolate.

Balsamic Vinegar and Rosemary Chicken:

This is an eyeball recipe. Meaning that you eyeball each ingredient and massage the chicken to receive maximum flavor.

Step A:
Decide how much chicken you will be using.

Step B:
Olive oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Salt
Black pepper
Hot paprika
Sweet paprika
Garlic, minced
Rosemary

Rub the chicken with the above ingredients. Roast at 375 until desired level of "doneness" is achieved.

You will thank me later.

Traditional Potato Kugel

Step1:
8 large potatoes, peeled
1 medium onion, peeled
Food processor on grate setting

Grate the potatoes and onions

Step2:
4 eggs
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
Olive oil
Pyrex baking pan

Heat a bit of olive oil in a pyrex dish, this just makes the crust crispier. Any baking pan can be used. This allows for the bottom of the kugel to achieve a pan fried crispy crust effect.

Combine potato/onion mixture with eggs, salt and pepper.

Transfer to heated pan with olive oil and bake at 375 until browned.

Matzo Ball Perfection

There is nothing revolutionary about this Matzo Ball recipe. It just maximizes the taste factor in a store bought pantry staple.
